- The shipping cost is 5,5 € per order for Spain.
- For shipments in Europe it varies according to the destination. The cost of transport will be included in the basket once you choose the country of shipment.

Shipping costs include in all cases the Spanish Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other taxes, duties, tariffs or surcharges.
Any loss of the goods or other damage that may occur during the transport of the goods will not be the responsibility of Be Mae Kids, but we will make the necessary arrangements for the replacement of the goods.
Be Mae Kids accepts returns of products within fifteen days from the day of receipt of the merchandise. The customer will send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, the products that you would like to return and the reason for the return. The products must be sent to be mae kids, Calle Ter 27, 3B, 07009 Palma de Mallorca. The expenses originated by cancellation or return of orders (transport of going and return, etc.) will be in charge of the client.
Changes of product, size or colour will not be admitted, you may return the product and purchase the correct product, size or colour.
All outlet products may be returned for a purchase voucher of the same amount.
The returns will only be accepted, if the returned product is in perfect conditions. In the event that the return is made for reasons not attributable to Be Mae Kids mistake, the Buyer will bear the costs generated by this return. Changes in size, colour or other characteristics that are due to a change in the customer's opinion or an error on the part of the customer at the time of placing the order are considered non-attributable causes. If the return of defective products is correct, Be Mae Kids will be responsible for shipping costs provided that the Buyer communicates this circumstance at the time of receipt of the order and the garment is returned in perfect condition.
Once the status of the return has been received and checked at the address indicated, the money will be paid in the same way as the payment was made.
We recommend that you send the return form including a tracking number so that you have proof in the event of loss of the package.
